We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IR professional to join our Client Service team. Please note that the Client Service team interacts directly with our investors, though this is not a fundraising role.
You will take on the following responsibilities:
Partner with sales and relationship managers to deliver first class client service to current and prospective investors
Host operational due diligence meetings and coordinate the development and enhancement of client facing materials and internal summary reports
Liaise with our fund administrators by overseeing their core functions (i.e., capital activity) and encouraging improvements to their processes and ours
Drive a variety of bespoke projects to advance the client experience while mitigating business risk
Collaborate closely with various teams throughout the organization on cross-platform initiatives
You should possess the following qualifications:
8+ years of related experience within an investor relations, client on-boarding or account administration role
BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
Proficiency with IR standards and industry trends with an interest in process improvements
Ability to balance a dynamic workload and exercise good judgement across a variety of requests
Capable of operating efficiently within a team and independently
Sharp communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail
Series 3 is required (Two Sigma will sponsor if needed)
