We are seeking a highly data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Compensation team. This person will be working within a small team to help provide strategic and impactful insights into our compensation design and structure.


You will take on the following responsibilities:


  • Providing compensation support to the HR and business leadership teams including, and not limited to, comp program design, administration, reporting, planning, firmwide budgeting and bespoke analyses

  • Managing the year-end compensation process from start to end across multiple business areas

  • Providing insight and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions and issues

  • Supporting our market compensation survey and benchmarking processes, analyzing results and using findings to drive innovations in our compensation plans

  • Partnering with the Recruiting team to develop competitive new hire offer packages

  • Leading special compensation projects and initiatives

  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, and other corporate functions on ongoing initiatives and strategic projects


You should possess the following qualifications:


  • Minimum of 4-7 years in a compensation related role

  • Financial Services industry compensation experience strongly preferred, Technology industry experience a plus

  • Experience with carried interest plans preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record – please include your GPA on your resume application

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strategic and creative thinking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced MS Excel is a must; knowledge of MS Access, VBA and Tableau preferred
