Our team of scientists, technologists, and academics looks beyond traditional finance to understand the bigger picture and develop creative solutions to some of the world’s most difficult economic problems. The Alpha Insights team aims to crowdsource the world’s investment insights. We identify types of people who we believe have knowledge about economic activity, and we engage them through our websites and mobile apps. We also build internally facing products to manage our users and make data-led decisions.


We are seeking an enthusiastic product manager to define and drive both our internally facing products as well as externally facing ones. The product manager will join an agile group, and work with engineering, relationship management, business development, product design, and data science. Our team is established within the firm with an existing product and business line, and at the same time is growing with new products and business directions.


You will take on the following responsibilities:


  • Work cross-functionally to identify user and business needs, define product solutions, and drive those products to success.

  • Carry out user research to become expert on use cases and workflows.

  • Collaborate with product design and engineering to develop product vision, roadmap, and specs.

  • Collaborate with data science to make data-led decisions and define product opportunities.

  • Develop messaging around the product, and work with relationship management to implement the messaging.

  • Track and evaluate the success of products.


You should possess the following qualifications


  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or have demonstrated technical ability in your work

  • 3+ years developing successful technology products for non-technical end users

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Collaborative approach
