Two Sigma seeks a motivated individual to join the Broker Management team within Financial Resource Management.

You will take on the following responsibilities:
  • Counterparty Negotiations
    • Assist members of Broker Management and Legal in negotiating trading and loan agreements, monitoring contractual obligations and facilitating financial and risk reporting requirements
  • Project Management
    • Work with stakeholders to ensure tasks are timely completed and manage project schedules
    • Coordinate Broker Management projects, responsibilities and drive meetings as needed
  • KYC/Account Opening and Closing
    • Assist members of Broker Management in coordinating and assembling KYC documentation packages
    • Review and facilitate execution of account opening documents in accordance with Two Sigma internal policies
    • Obtain EINs, complete tax forms and oversee account closing process
  • Portal Access
    • Receive, organize and process requests for access to external portals ensure proper management approval
    • Communicate with brokers to complete implementation
    • Complete regular audits of TS and third party access
  • Authorized Persons Lists 
    • Complete documentation updates resulting from changes to authorized signatories and employee changes
    • Coordinate distribution to brokers 
    • Respond to internal and external ad hoc requests
  • Documentation Management
    • Assist in initial set-up and maintenance of documentation into documentation management system by uploading and tagging drafts and executed documents 
    • Respond to requests for documentation
  • Account Master
    • Assist with data entry and review using internal workflow tool
    • Run queries and respond to internal questions regarding new accounts or structures 
  • Executing Broker On-Boarding Process
    • Reach out to brokers to obtain documentation, confirm trading requirements, and identify execution account numbers
    • Assist in  responding to ad hoc requests from trading to onboard new products or brokers
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; Familiarity with derivatives and financing agreements such as Prime Brokerage Agreements, ISDAs, Master Repurchase Agreements, Master Securities Loan Agreements and Futures Agreements helpful but not necessary
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and effectively adapt to changing priorities
  • Solid written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with employees in all departments as well as banks and vendors
  • Self-starter, motivated, ability to think critically and process driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with a focus in Word and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of corporate formation requirements and entity types
