We are seeking a Recruiting Reporting & Analytics Lead to join the HR team to help develop consistent recruiting reporting, recommending data and process updates to improve data structure and consistency, and own the recruiting analytics roadmap with the goal of providing meaningful data-driven insights to our stakeholders.

You will take on the following responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing recruiting reporting infrastructure
  • Develop and own recruiting analytics roadmap
  • Partner with Recruiting Leadership Team to improve utilization of data in recruiting
  • Work with HR Engineering, HR Systems, and HR Reporting to ensure efficient flow of data at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute recruiting data library
  • Own, prioritize, and resolve recruiting reporting and analytics requests from clients
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and advise on optimal design decisions
  • Design and deliver timely, meaningful reporting and analytics to HR clients and company executives

You should possess the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably within a recruiting context
  • Proven experience owning company-wide reporting; servicing individual contributors through executive groups
  • A bias toward automation and efficiency, with the know-how to cleanly structure data for optimal reporting effectiveness
  • A desire to promote self-service capabilities for stakeholders
  • Strong data visualization skills; must be able to create clean visuals that highlight key findings to tell a compelling story
  • Familiarity with report development in Tableau Desktop
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • History of prioritizing multiple competing projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve potential issues 
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate discretion regarding sensitive people data 
  • Collaborative, team-first approach. You should have a track record of partnering effectively with stakeholders across a wide variety of functions, from engineers to end consumers of data
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, ensure you are a providing commercial value to your clients
  • Knowledge of data architecture, design, development, and QA/QC process
