As Product and Partner Marketing (PPM) Lead, you will act as one of Venn’s key voices and help us tell the world about the value of our solution. You will work internally and externally to understand and communicate the market and competitive landscape, and Venn’s product positioning and value propositions. The PPM Lead will have ownership of initiatives to position Venn and help to drive sales with prospects, customers, and partners.

You will take on the following responsibilities: 
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to help develop and implement our go-to-market strategy and integrated campaigns
  • Partner with Venn product development and engineering teams throughout the product development cycle to help create our marketing and communication strategies to support both sales and client teams
  • Work closely with our partners to develop joint marketing efforts and create a partner marketing playbook to drive revenue
  •  Work closely with our agencies and internal resources (writers, graphics) to craft, review, schedule, and release a wide range of product-focused marketing content including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and webinars
  • Support our sales efforts by developing impactful collateral for all stages of the sales cycle and marketing campaigns to drive demand
  • Analyze and report on KPIs to track impact, optimize, and improve our marketing efforts

You should possess the following qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of relevant work experience
  • GTM professional with partner, client-facing, and fast-paced work climate experience
  • A focus on excellence in execution and data-driven analysis to measure success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think creatively about our target markets, GTM strategy, and best methods for execution.
  • Highly accomplished but low-ego personality
  • Team player, able to engage and activate people across all levels of the organization and functional roles
  • Knowledge of financial markets and SaaS (preferably FinTech) marketing
  • A solid understanding of product marketing, inbound marketing, and content marketing
  • An understanding of product management, the software product development lifecycle, and how product marketing complements both.
  • Solid knowledge of analytics, automation, and CRM tools
  • Education: a Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required, Master’s/MBA a plus
