We are seeking a talented engineer to join a fast-paced, dynamic team focused on building and supporting our US and European HFT trading platform and support our advance into digital assets trading. The team builds the trading ecosystem that supports TSS’s ultra low latency proprietary trading. It operates at the intersection of high performance software, hardware, and networks, and looks for developers passionate about delivering no-compromises solutions to address complex business opportunities. Engineers collaborate directly with the business to ensure they build deep domain expertise as they scope and deliver innovative next generation trading solutions.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Help design and build the trading ecosystem that supports TSS’s ultra low latency proprietary trading and street trading for the client businesses.
  • Calibrate closely with our hardware and networks engineers to build high performance software and exchange connectivity

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent from a non-UK university) in computer science, engineering or STEM related discipline.

  • Low latency/high frequency systems level design experience is a prerequisite. Finance/Trading domain experience is NOT required.

  • Experience and/or interest in performance and optimization, modern machine architecture, exchange connectivity and/or Linux server technologies.

  • Enthusiasm for owning projects from start to finish and building high quality, well tested software that performs business-critical functions
