We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our Benefits & Payroll team to assist with employee benefits administration and strategy.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure benefit enrollment data accuracy
  • Assist team members with day-to-day benefit inquiries including escalated leaves of absence
  • Develop and streamline benefit operational processes
  • Maintain and update employee benefits communications
  • Oversee benefit plan renewals for all Two Sigma offices
  • Assist with proposals for existing/new benefit programs for all Two Sigma offices
  • Oversee and provide recommendations for Two Sigma’s perks and wellness programs
  • Lead open enrollment planning and execution
  • Oversee annual health & wellness fair
  • Oversee 401(k) audit, administration, and other compliance requirements
Requirements Include:
  • Knowledge of US benefits compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong consumer service focus and attention to detail
  • Workday experience is a plus
