We are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator to join our close-knit and passionate campus recruiting team! In this role, you will serve as our brand ambassador, support the team members to identify and engage top campus talent through customized events/interviews, and lead various process improvement and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes while maintaining discretion and providing a positive experience for the candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies
  • Maintain detailed documentation on each interview process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system; provide ad hoc reports on our recruiting efforts 
  • Help refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we scale

Experience and Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university with a strong academic record
  • Previous Human Resources experience (internship or up to 1 year full-time), specifically with campus recruitment
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong foresight and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership with an initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve systematically
  • Ability to prioritize and operate with urgency and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (inbox and calendar management)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical formula, etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Experience with an applicant tracking systems (ATS) or human resources information systems (HRIS)
