We are seeking a highly data-driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Compensation team.  Working within a small team to help provide strategic and impactful insights into our compensation design and structure, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading our market compensation survey and bench-marking processes, analyzing results and using findings to drive innovations in our compensation plans
  • Providing day-to-day compensation support including, and not limited to, comp plan administration, reporting, comp planning, bonus budgeting and ad hoc requests
  • Managing the year-end compensation process from start to end across multiple business areas
  • Providing insight and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions and issues
  • Partnering with the Recruiting team to develop competitive new hire offer packages
  • Leading special compensation projects and initiatives
  • Assisting with our Performance Management process 

Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 10 years work experience, at least 7 years in a compensation related role
  • Financial Services industry compensation experience strongly preferred, Technology industry experience a plus
  • Experience with carried interest plans preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic and creative thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel is a must; knowledge of MS Access, VBA and Tableau preferred
