We are seeking a Coordinator - Benefits to join the HR team to assist with employee benefits administration and other HR coordination efforts

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with employees, managers and human resources regarding all leaves of absence and related processes

  • Provide total leave of absence claim management, from first notice and intake to closure, for all leaves

  • Collect, review and file all leaves related paperwork, in accordance with requirements

  • Track and update all leaves in Workday

  • Administer employee benefits orientation and onboarding processes

  • Administer Cobra process and act as point of contact for all Cobra related inquiries

  • Administer all benefits invoices

  • Assist with benefits projects on an ad-hoc basis

  • Assist with other HR inquiries when needed

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn benefits including regulations around FMLA and disability laws 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Strong consumer service focus and attention to detail

  • High-level of confidentiality

  • Demonstrated ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees, in a team-oriented environment
