Data Operations Development and Relationship Manager

The Data Engineering team is looking to add a highly-motivated and results-oriented team member to develop, manage and lead automated data curation and generation processes with select vendor partners. The ideal candidate has data industry related experience, is entrepreneurial and is familiar with navigating highly regulated/sensitive landscapes. The role involves relationship management, project and data design, execution and comfort working closely with modelers and engineers. While not limited, the initial focus will be on building and scaling operations and remote team management. You will be working with a cross-functional team in a highly collaborative environment. 

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Act as lead liaison for select major vendor partners
  • Manage and scale pipeline design and execution processes
  • Partner with a distributed workforce to ensure on-going production success
  • Work with team members to refine processes and scale operations
  • Drive stakeholder relationship management and development

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a project management, consulting or operational role.

  • Experience with data, data quality and management or operations

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

  • Proven ability to take an idea from a blank sheet of paper to execution with a history of successes in implementation

  • Demonstrated success building collaborative working relationships with broad and diverse stakeholders

  • Humble and a hands on creative problem solver who is highly results oriented
