We are seeking a recruiter for Two Sigma’s Engineering Campus Recruiting team. You’ll join a well-established, impactful team responsible for hiring especially talented software engineers.
You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a broad array of internship and new grad programs including crafting and driving sourcing and research strategies to identify high potential talent for Two Sigma’s immediate and long-term needs
- Support all aspects of the intern program which includes, but is not limited to, organizing and leading internal and external events, intern class engagement and HR POC, performance evaluation coordination and management and intern class engagement including handling conversion offers and disposition discussion related activities
- Establish consultative relationships with HR Business Partners and leaders across Engineering, including Hiring Committees
- Engage with external counterparts as the need arises, including conference, event, and school representatives serving as a main point of contact
- Drive the offer process, including preparing offer packets for review and approval, communicating offers, and developing effective close strategies
- Track and analyze relevant metrics to provide insights on the health of your searches and also to clients across the organization and within the HR team
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and driving key process improvements as we scale our hiring practices
- Represent Two Sigma and the recruiting team, both internally and externally, serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
- Plan and coordinate recruiting events
- Execute recruiting conference strategy
You should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating a solid academic record
- Minimum 1 year of experience required; strong preference for at least 3+ years of experience in a campus recruiting role, specifically with developing a campus strategy, identifying and attracting students, and leading candidates throughout the interview and offer process
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work independently and tackle problems creatively
- A passion for cultivating an effective, engaged, and diverse workforce
- Relevant experience in recruiting or a related field is a plus

The base pay for this role will be between $100,000 and $175,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
