Two Sigma Securities is a growing business that is expanding its global footprint. We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our team. This role would be critical to supporting the firm’s expansion efforts and leading the development and ongoing management of tools, reporting frameworks and metrics for scalable and robust financial planning and analysis processes.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the TSS Group CFO and TSS Group Controller across various areas of project management for the international expansion efforts impacting the Finance team;
  • Develop a consolidated reporting framework for TSS Group, including producing a set of financials for the parent company;
  • Partner with Tax, Legal, Corporate Accounting, and other teams to develop and implement robust transfer pricing policies and procedures for all TSS legal entities;
  • Lead the effort to implement new and review/amend existing inter-affiliate agreements to accurately capture the complexities of the expanding business;
  • Implement and maintain new financial, regulatory and management reporting framework for the global business (consolidated, as well as region and legal entity specific);
  • Manage TSS budgeting and forecasting;
  • Manage TSS Cumulative Translation Adjustment accounting

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on financial, regulatory or management reporting at a global financial institution, preferably an investment bank or a broker-dealer
  • Experience working with large data sets and using financial data to tell a cohesive story
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments and associated accounting/financial concepts is required; prior exposure to derivative products preferred
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline (Finance or Accounting preferred)
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required
