Two Sigma is looking for an Engineering Manager with extensive experience managing HRIS to help us realize our goals of providing scalable, automated HR systems, providing our users with single source-of-truth platforms, capitalizing on self-service where appropriate and streamlining our intensive recruiting process.

In this role you will partner with teams across HR to understand their requirements, work closely with corporate project management to understand the vision as laid out in their requirements documents, and report into and work closely with engineering management to deliver results with engineering discipline. You will be responsible for managing and providing status on HR Systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design Two Sigma’s HR systems with an authoritative understanding of all systems in our ecosystem and their dependencies.

  • Partnering with and influence HR and Engineering management to articulate and deliver the vision across the systems that underpin an HR department – Workday, Avature or other ATS, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, ADP, ticketing system, such as ServiceNow

  • Manage a team of HR analysts and engineers to support current systems and deliver future projects, enhancements, and modifications.

  • Build relationships and trust from diverse teams in order to help them drive change to fully leverage existing HR systems within our ecosystem, eliminate duplicative systems and evaluate new tools to strategically grow our infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HRIS experience, including both hands-on and leadership, ideally for evolving organizations with affiliates

  • BA or BS in Human Resources and/or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Workday platform

  • Knowledge of HCM, Security, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Time and Reporting

  • Scripting or SQL knowledge is a plus.
