Our Internal Communications team plays an integral role in this effort and we’re looking for a internal communications professional to join us. You’ll help support both our foundational communications programs as well as our ever-growing strategic communications initiatives. Collectively, these endeavors drive employee awareness and engagement, and further Two Sigma’s culture and human capital agenda.
You will take on the following responsibilities:
Employ the unique Two Sigma tone to ensure that all communications consistently resonate with our people
Support content development and drive execution across written and in-person internal communications channels. This includes (and of course isn’t limited to): presentations for Town Halls, speaker series, and new hire orientation events; and editing content for our company news and updates.
Support our work with colleagues in HR and our business areas to create content that answers key business needs and challenges. You’ll also need to coordinate with Marketing teammates, HR, our internal Events team, and third-party vendors regularly.
Support collaboration on external communications and media relations to ensure alignment between internal and external messages
A bachelor’s degree in English / Literature, Communications, or Journalism
You must have 2-4 years of experience in an innovative internal and talent-focused communications role (either at a leading PR firm or in-house at a technology or finance company).
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage relationships and work cross-functionally, juggle projects and partners, and earn trust from senior stakeholders.
