We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to join our Capital Development team for Sightway Capital, LP, a Two Sigma company, which focuses on developing private investments that have the potential to provide long-term sources of return for investors. Employing a principal mindset and flexible capital approach, Sightway Capital endeavors to build successful business platforms with experienced operators and strategic partners.

In this role, you will be assisting the team with key Investor Relations and Marketing operational tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Manage the CRM database by ensuring latest contacts, emails, notes, and activities are all logged and tagged accordingly
  • Produce pipeline opportunity reports and investor reports using the CRM
  • Ownership of the investor portion of the CRM including advancements/improvements that are available; work with the CRM provider and Systems to create customized reports when needed
  • Create and track investor email distribution lists for each fundraise; track mailing out of marketing materials, PPMs, subdocs, in addition to distribution marketing materials when appropriate
  • Provide pre-meeting investor data/profiles (pulling relevant info from Preqin/Pitchbook and other databases) and ensure it is updated in the CRM; post meeting, add meeting notes into the CRM and coordinate follow up materials
  • Maintain Data Room, granting access and sending credentials to investors
  • Assist with the day-to-day reporting of marketing activity and overall investment communications
  • Print out and update marketing materials, including investor pitch books and marketing campaigns with direction from the broader team
  • Support fundraising activities including the preparation of pre-marketing materials, offering memorandums, competitor information, prospect pipelines, and maintaining a working knowledge of relevant fund governing documents
  • Print, bind and disperse materials for internal and external use and upload marketing materials to the Data Room
  • Maintain and keep track of the investor meeting and fundraising calendar
  • Develop and maintain conference budget and handle registrations and ownership for any client events/dinners we may host in conjunction with such conferences
  • Assist in roadshow planning and coordinate/schedule meetings
  • Coordinate client events, onsite meetings, webinars and any investor conferences (occasionally in conjunction with the existing Company event planning team)
  • Assist with branding (logos, gifts and Company materials) to be used at investor events
  • Assist with a variety of bespoke projects and process improvement initiatives

Please note this is not a client-facing, sales role.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years related experience from an alternatives asset management firm within an IR/Marketing team as an executive admin or junior analyst
  • Must have working knowledge and experience with CRM and generating reports
  • Must also have experience planning client events, sending out RSVPs, maintaining headcount lists and negotiating with venues
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and excellent attention to detail are a must
  • Successful candidates will be self-motivated and highly organized with a strong work ethic and ability to adjust to a dynamic workload
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint), is highly desirable.
