The Procurement team is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, data & analytics, outsourcing, commercial review, contract management, financing and acquisition of broad range of products and services across the organization, subsidiaries and affiliates.

We’re seeing a Procurement Buyer to collaborate closely with Sourcing Managers and focus on accuracy, clear communication, organization and timeliness of execution. In this role, you will support a broad range of the firm’s order fulfillment and buying needs across Technology (hardware, software, telecom and cloud) as well as Professional Corporate Services (HR, travel, logistics, facilities and global operations). You play a key role in delivering savings and creating value for the firm while ensuring quality purchases and partnerships with well performing suppliers.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Process and execute purchase orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

  • Drive RFPs/RFIs, ensuring value and savings for the organization; conduct thorough commercial contract review

  • Design and document supplier performance criteria and procurement processes

  • Help negotiate contracts and agreements

  • Play an important role in helping architect the Procurement team’s transformation

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience; prior buying experience strongly preferred

  • BA/BS required and advanced degrees preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Proven track record of effectively managing competing priorities, managing through ambiguity, exercising outstanding judgment and meeting tight deadlines

  • Sense of ownership, client-orientation and accountability

  • Ability to work effectively on a team and autonomously

  • Outstanding organizational, communication and analytical skills
