Our Recruiting Coordinators oversee each interview stage, serving as the main point of contact for candidates, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support each search. The team also leads in various process improvement and project management initiatives. 

You will take on the following responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes and candidate lifecycles, serving as their main point of contact 
  • Coordinate remote and on-site interviews and facilitate lineup changes
  • Determine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewers and recruiters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
  • Facilitate interview feedback collection and distribution while maintaining discretion
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience during their interview process 
You should possess the following qualifications: 
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting
  • BA in any field
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong foresight
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
  • Ability to prioritize and operate with sense of urgency and grace
  • Driven by process and systems-minded
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Preferred Characteristics Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced functions and formulas) T
The hourly base pay for this role will be between $40/Hour and $41/Hour. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
