Two Sigma Recruiting Coordinators are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our interview process. This includes watching over in-house interviews, acting as the main point of contact for candidates/external agencies, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. The Recruitment Coordinator also leads various process improvement and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and external agencies
  • Watching in-house interviews to ensure that interviews stay on track, facilitating pivots when necessary
  • Serve as main point of contact for hiring managers about candidates in process
  • Send interview line ups to scheduling team
  • Generate feedback links the day of an interview
  • Send midday feedback emails to hiring managers
  • Take candidates on a tour of the office when there is a break in the schedule
  • Gather written feedback from interviewers, create hiring packets for hiring meetings, and attend hiring meetings
  • Keep data in Applicant Tracking System accurate and up-to-date
  • Work with schedulers, sourcers, and recruiters for efficient handoffs in process
  • Create weekly packet with all candidates at in-house interview stage for senior managers to review
  • Collect senior managers’ picks from the packet, organize Candidate Draft for Group Heads, document and store all data throughout this process
  • Provide regular Engineering Recruiting metrics to senior leadership as well as ad-hoc reporting request

Experience and role requirements

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
