We are seeking an experienced manager to join the Sourcing team with-in the Recruiting Platforms and Operations team to help build out the capabilities of the function to best support the strategic growth of Two Sigma. The ideal candidate will be a passionate manager who is interested in all things people that will be motivated by the opportunity of developing a creative approach to solve challenging problems related to recruiting by leveraging technology and data to generate pipelines of passive talent with a focus on candidate quality. 

You will take on the following responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage relationships and stakeholders at all levels to build awareness, support and advocacy for sourcing and strategic talent pipeline development
  • Work in close partnership with cross functional teams and business leaders, designing strategic plans to develop relationships with elite talent
  • Responsible for all aspects of program and project management of specific recruiting programs (e.g. referrals, social recruiting) 
  • Support recruiting partners across the organization to achieve hiring goals
  • Advise business leaders where applicable on recruiting strategy
  • Improve quality and utility of people data
  • Implement a scientific method to researching talent
  • Select and manage vendors where applicable
  • Manage and develop team with a focus on both professional and personal goals
You should possess the following qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, recruiting strategy, human resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of managing projects leveraging cross-functional teams
  • BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline 
  • Exceptionally strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience developing passive engagement strategies with top talent
  • Strong ability to understand, interpret, and drive decisions using data
  • Develop scalable process leveraging automation
  • Experience working with a diverse client group including executives 
  • Team first attitude, putting the team and company goals above individual acknowledgement
