We are recruiting for a dynamic, experienced Reporting and Data Visualization Specialist to join our HR Reporting and Data Intelligence team. In this role, you will help build out a comprehensive suite of firm-wide human capital metrics, reports, and dashboards. In addition, you will help shape our data architecture strategy, ensuring that we structure our data as efficiently as possible. You will partner closely with others across our HR and engineering organizations to deliver timely and meaningful data and insights to our internal clients. In this role, you will play an integral role on projects that have an immediate significant and visible impact across the entire company.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the HR reporting development lifecycle:
    • Partner with stakeholders across HR to gather reporting requirements, understand needs, and advise on optimal design choices
    • Design and build reports and dashboards for HR clients across a wide array of datasets
    • Design and build executive reports and dashboards for firmwide leadership
    • Coordinate and manage testing of reporting
  • Design and implement data quality control protocols to ensure ongoing validity of our data
  • Design data marts for HR specific reporting and application needs
  • Help shape appropriate security protocols to ensure confidentiality of data
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR stakeholders on data visualization
  • Develop and maintain documentation of existing reporting library
Key Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant reporting experience (ideally with experience coming in HR at a high-growth company)
  • Expert knowledge of Tableau Desktop reporting
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional data visualization skills – must be able to create visually appealing, informative reports and dashboards
  • Ability to create thorough documentation for user requirements
  • Collaborative mindset – must be able to work closely with a variety of technical and non-technical partners
  • Fast learner, capable of building a solid understanding of the business operating environment
  • Ability to exercise discretion and reliably handle sensitive information
  • The highest personal, professional and ethical standards and maturity
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Familiarity with HR data and key concepts a major plus
  • Strong academic credentials, Bachelor’s Degree required
