The Solution Architect (“SA”) stands at the heart of our customer development lifecycle. Curious, business minded, and technology oriented, SA’s are problem solvers, capable of distilling complex business problems into technical solutions and translating solutions into value propositions to facilitate the pre-sales efforts.
At its core, this role is about uncovering dots and - without knowing the shape they form – figuring out how to connect them. Our customers come to us with a hunch that technology and data can help them improve profitability and make more informed business decisions. Solution Architects are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. Your job is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. On any given day, you are strategizing with client executives, hosting design thinking workshops with end users, designing solutions with data scientists and engineers, crafting commercial proposals with the sales team and developing the product roadmap with product managers.
This role is an opportunity to embed deeply in a unique and fast growing company. TSIQ’s technical team has doubled in size every year since inception. However, the customer development team is a lean team that wears a lot of hats, you are expected to constantly deal with new business challenges and learnings on the job. As a result, we are looking for mission-driven teammates who can jump into multiple client engagements with enthusiasm.
