The Procurement team is responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, data & analytics, outsourcing, commercial review, contract management, financing and acquisition of broad range of products and services across the organization, subsidiaries and affiliates.


We’re seeking a Sourcing Specialist to primarily support the company’s Professional and Corporate Services with focus on HR, Travel, BPO, Supplier Performance and general non-technology services. You will be responsible for setting and executing near-term goals and long-term strategies while ensuring that the products and services are not only sourced for quality but ultimately purchased efficiently and cost-effectively in partnership with well performing suppliers. As a key member of a new and growing Procurement organization, this is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurially-minded procurement professional to shape and enhance our procurement process and to collaboratively across various all functions and levels at the firm.


You will take on the following responsibilities:


  • Drive efficiency and transparency of the procurement process with a focus on sourcing for quality

  • Enhance of operating standards and manage transformational and cost savings initiatives

  • Provide unbiased and transparent management of suppliers

  • Conduct effective negotiations, leveraging deep commercial process expertise

  • Establish and evolve controls, efficiencies, resource allocations and deadlines; design and implement success factors for the team


You should possess the following qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience in Professional Services procurement in dynamic, fast-paced environments; strong experience and knowledge of facilities, contingent labor, benefits, HR, legal

  • BA/BS required and advanced degrees preferred

  • Proven track record of effectively managing competing priorities, managing through ambiguity, exercising outstanding judgment and data-driven decision making

  • Ability to work effectively on a team and autonomously

  • Excellent Excel, analytical and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding negotiation skills and an ability to influence
