We are seeking an experienced business consultant to join the Talent team as we guide our maturing organization through the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of key talent strategy and organizational development initiatives, including: talent planning, talent infrastructure, performance management and learning and development.


  • Responsible for all aspects of program and project management of specific global talent initiatives

  • Proactively manage relationships and stakeholders at all levels to build awareness, support and advocacy for talent strategy, programs, and processes

  • In partnership with the team and business leaders, designing global talent strategy, processes, policies and technology solutions

  • Supporting and advising HRBPs to meet talent goals within their organization

  • Advising business leaders where applicable on talent strategy

  • Selecting and managing vendors where applicable

Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, talent strategy, learning and development or a related field

  • Exceptionally strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Data oriented approach to making decisions

  • Team first attitude, putting the team and company goals above individual acknowledgement

  • People oriented approach to designing solutions that question the status quo

  • Flexibility, resilience and ownership even when you are swimming up stream
