We are seeking to add a Partner Lead to the TSIQ team.  Given the relatively small team and start-up nature of TSIQ, the position will be a multifaceted role supporting all aspects of new and existing strategic partnerships.

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Building and managing partner relationships to drive strategic priorities of TSIQ and its partners

  • Working with the Partners Solutions Lead to define and execute our partner strategy

  • Working closely with internal teams and our partner stakeholders to define, deliver and enhance TSIQ’s product capabilities

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in management consulting, enterprise technology and/or financial services

  • Insurance, finance and/or SaaS technology expertise with a focus on leading change management and transformation initiatives

  • Experience working with senior client decision makers and internal stakeholders to drive change in ambiguous environments

  • An ability to handle complex scenarios in a structured manner while focusing on ongoing alignment across multiple constituents

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent oral written and presentation skills

  • High analytical capacity and intellectual curiosity

  • Strong interest in technology and data science

  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is preferred
