We're creating a dedicated TA Coordination function to address a critical gap in support for recruiters, candidates, and recruitment leaders. We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinators to help build it. This is a newly created role reporting centrally to the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, with day-to-day alignment to a specific recruiting team. You'll own the high-touch, context-dependent coordination work that sits at the intersection of recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager; work that requires judgment, ownership, and care, not just operational execution. If you are passionate about joining a fast-paced, diverse team where creative versatility drives brand excellence, we would love to meet you!
You will take on the following responsibilities:
  • Candidate and Search Firm Communication. Own all external communication with candidates and search firms during the interview process, including collecting availabilities, confirming interviews, and ensuring candidates and external partners have personalized and consistent visibility throughout their process.
  • Interview Scheduling and Support. Schedule and support all high-touch and urgent interview requests. Serve as the first-line point of contact for both in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring candidate and interviewers have everything they need. Provide interviewers with relevant context up front, including candidate background, role-specific notes, and prior feedback from earlier rounds or historic interactions.
  • Feedback Collection and Hiring Meeting Prep. Collect and collate interview feedback for recruiters and hiring managers and prepare materials for hiring committees and team match meetings.
  • Pipeline Management. Update candidate pipelines, move candidates through process stages, maintain trackers, and keep search firms current. Maintain Avature records with care and detail orientation.
  • Process Improvement. Identify and support the implementation of recruitment process improvements, partnering with recruiters, the TA Program Manager, and HR Ops to refine the responsibility split between teams and continuously improve how work flows through the system.

  • Excellent judgment and ownership instincts. This role is explicitly designed to go beyond queue management and standardized workflows; you'll need to exercise discretion, prioritize by role criticality and hiring urgency, and tailor your work to context.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature experience a plus) and a high bar for data hygiene, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed model, with taking directions from multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize messaging across candidates, search firms, interviewers, and hiring managers.
You will enjoy the following benefits:
  • Core Benefits: Fully paid medical and dental insurance premiums for employees and dependents, competitive 401k match, employer-paid life & disability insurance
