We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to help connect TSV portfolio companies with top talent. You will develop programs and events to grow TSV’s network, and building processes to help us manage candidate flow. You will partner with the Two Sigma recruiting team to build tools and workflows to tap into candidates coming into the Two Sigma network. You will also cultivate talent in the broader ecosystem and build scalable systems for connecting them to our portfolio. As our talent network grows, the Talent Coordinator will manage candidate input into our applicant tracking system and will pull reports on essential recruiting metrics. You will also work with portfolio companies on their highest priority searches, reviewing job descriptions, providing insight on compensation data, introducing them to high-quality recruiting agencies and potential candidates in our network, and generally helping build their recruiting strategy. The Talent Coordinator will join the Portfolio Success team, which collaborates with our portfolio companies post-investment to help them with their most pressing challenges. You will provide high touch recruiting support on a handful of searches each year, while also developing scalable offerings our broader portfolio can use. 

You will take on the following responsibilities: 
  • Manage candidate flow from Two Sigma recruiting pipeline and our internal networks, providing introductions to our portfolio companies as necessary 
  • Work closely with team on developing a scalable talent network, directly accessible to our portfolio companies 
  • Support a handful of portfolio companies with their high priority searches, helping craft job descriptions, providing interview guidance, pulling compensation benchmark data and helping close candidates
  • Manage implementation and ongoing success of the Applicant Tracking System
  • Track the number of candidates entering network, introductions made, candidates brought in for interviews, candidates hired by portfolio companies, and any other meaningful metrics
  • Lead a recruiting peer circle amongst portfolio company talent leaders
  • Design and implement an event strategy for attracting top talent into TSV’s network
  • Source executive talent for a select number of portfolio company roles
You should possess the following qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of recruiting and/or recruiting coordination experience, supporting and building a recruiting function 
  • A passion for finding the right candidate for their next opportunity and for network building
  • A demonstrated passion for startups and technology 
  • A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Avature a plus
